Position Overview

Synolo Materials is looking for a motivated Concrete Sales Representative to drive sales of ready-mix concrete and construction materials across the Rio Grande Valley. This role combines relationship building, technical knowledge of concrete products, and business development to expand our customer base and strengthen existing partnerships.

 

Responsibilities

    Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, and developers
    Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
    Provide technical guidance on concrete mix designs and product specifications
    Prepare and present competitive bids and proposals to potential clients
    Coordinate with dispatch and production teams to ensure timely deliveries
    Track sales activity, pipeline, and revenue targets using CRM tools
    Attend industry events, trade shows, and association meetings

Qualifications

    3+ years of sales experience, construction materials industry preferred
    Strong knowledge of ready-mix concrete products and applications
    Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
    Self-motivated with ability to work independently in the field
    Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
    Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Physical Requirements

This role involves a mix of office work and field visits to active construction sites. Must be able to navigate job sites, lift product samples up to 30 lbs, and travel throughout the RGV region. Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
