Project Overview
North Alamo Rd. — Roadway Improvement
This project introduced a new corridor in the great city of Edinburg — one of the fastest-growing markets in South Texas — linking FM 1925 (Monte Cristo Rd.) northward and preparing the area for residential and commercial expansion.
Work began with extensive grading to adjust the elevation and contour of the land, establishing a stable foundation for a brand-new roadway alignment. The subgrade was then treated with cement to enhance its load-bearing capacity and long-term durability.
Projects like North Alamo showcase what Texas Cordia does best: take a corridor from raw ground to a finished, modern asset that supports the Valley’s growth for years to come.
