Position Overview
Synolo Materials is hiring experienced Concrete Truck Drivers to safely deliver ready-mix concrete to job sites across the Rio Grande Valley. This role requires a commitment to safety, punctuality, and excellent customer service while operating mixer trucks in a fast-paced construction environment.
Responsibilities
Safely operate concrete mixer trucks to deliver ready-mix to job sites
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections per DOT regulations
Maintain accurate delivery tickets, logs, and hours-of-service records
Communicate with dispatch to coordinate delivery schedules and routes
Assist with loading, unloading, and washing out mixer trucks
Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times
Provide professional customer service at delivery locations
Qualifications
Valid Class A or B CDL with clean driving record
1+ year of concrete mixer truck driving experience preferred
Knowledge of DOT regulations and hours-of-service requirements
Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance and inspections
Strong work ethic and commitment to on-time deliveries
Ability to work early mornings, overtime, and occasional Saturdays
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, climb in and out of truck cabs, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate heavy vehicles safely. Must pass DOT physical, drug screening, and background check.
