Project Overview
Nolana Loop — Roadway Reconstruction & Widening
The Nolana Roadway Improvement was a full-scope reconstruction and widening of a non-freeway facility stretching from FM 1426 (Raul Longoria) to a quarter mile east of FM 907 — one of the busier corridors in eastern Hidalgo County.
Work covered the entire stack: grading, lime-treated subgrade, flexible base, culvert structures, asphaltic concrete pavement, concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, signing, delineation, traffic signals, and pavement markings.
Projects like Nolana are the category of work we own — self-performing every major pavement, drainage, and traffic-control discipline so owners don’t have to coordinate a dozen subcontractors.
