SH 107
Reconstructing one of the Valley's primary east-west corridors — restoring structural integrity and performance for decades of traffic ahead.
Project

Project Overview
SH 107 — State Highway Improvement
SH 107 is one of the primary east-west arteries for the Rio Grande Valley. This project rebuilt it — not a surface overlay, but a reconstruction engineered to improve the structural integrity and long-term performance of the roadway.
Work began with comprehensive grading to reshape the terrain and prepare the site for pavement construction. A lime-treated subgrade followed, stabilizing the underlying soils and providing the solid foundation required for a corridor of this volume.
Our crews coordinated with TxDOT to stage the work in a way that minimized disruption to the thousands of drivers who rely on SH 107 every day.
